Atlanta, GA…April 20, 2007: Customer satisfaction at GEORGIA FLOORS is at an all-time high according to a recent customer survey completed in early April 2007. 65% of customers reported that they were “Very Satisfied” with their flooring installations, 30% were “Satisfied”, and 5% were “Neither Satisfied Nor Dissatisfied”. When asked if they would purchase from GEORGIA FLOORS again, 86% chose “Definitely”. A good cross-section of industry jobs were represented by the participants, who rated “Service” the most important factor behind choosing the company over others.
